RE-CAP of 2025:

1-MARRIAGE: In November, Michael (Mopar1973man) and I, Suzanna (Tweety Bird) got married and we greatly appreciate all of the greetings/well wishes. Thank you to each and every one of you who took the time out of your busy schedules to acknowledge our special occasion.

2-MUDSLIDE: As most of you are aware...we had a terrible mud/landslide which occurred last May . First, we would like to thank all those who sent us donations, especially when we know times are tough economically! We truly are grateful for your kind hearts.

3-2026 PLAN:

We plan to allocate more time to working on the website this year.

a) Articles will be reviewed and where necessary, adjustments made to verbiage.

-New Articles will be added once repairs are done to Beast and Thor

-Your Posts & Articles are always encouraged and welcomed with Appreciation

b) Continuation of revising the Terms of Use; we will notify you of these changes

c) Aggressive clean-up will resume in Spring; we will be entertaining the idea of rebuilding a new shop; hopefully get one built soon after the clean up has completed.

d) Other miscellaneous events as they come

Are you curious about the Life History of Mopar1973man??

Age 14: Found a broken lawnmower in the garbage, repaired it on his own, asked the owner if he wanted it back. Instead of taking it back, the owner gave it to Michael. So he took it and became an entrepreneur and made money mowing lawns. Age 16, 17: he did mechanical repairs on transmissions and engines with his friends & also graduated from a 2-year program for Electronics. Age 18 forward: Michael worked doing random types of work such as doing computer-work.

In 1990, he moved to Idaho.

From 1994-2008, Michael started his own business “Cloud 10 Computers.” After the market crashed in 2008, he discontinued doing computer work.

In 2004, he started working on diesel vehicles commercially, ran a “hodge-podge” website.

In 2007, he built his own website for diesel mechanic repair, bought the Mopar1973man.com domain.

In 2016, he converted over from Windows Vista to Ubuntu Linux exclusively, as an experienced Network Administrator. He also started taking care of his mother w/Kidney Failure

In 2007-2018 Worked as a diesel mechanic/maintained his Mopar1973man.com website

On 12/27/2018 He was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer, had surgery to remove the cancerous tissue and was supposed to go through months of chemotherapy.

2016-2020 He worked odd jobs as a mechanic while driving his mother to and from Dialysis, which put 253,000 - 1100 miles per week. He sacrificed not doing chemotherapy so he could drive his mother.

2020 In February, his mom passed away, but Mopar1973man kept doing diesel mechanics

On 12/17/2023 Bladder Cancer engulfed his bladder, which was removed in June 2024 , leaving him with an ostomy bag in replacement to the removed bladder

On 7/25/2024 Mopar1973man met Tweety Bird

On 5/29/2025 Mud/Landslide destroyed Michael’s shop and adjacent studio.

So now you are caught up to current days.
